1I’ve never used storage before. How does it work?
Don’t worry, it’s simple! Just give us a call and we will help pair you with a storage solution that fits your needs and budget. Our rental agreements are short-term and flexible, meaning you’ll never be locked in if your plans change.
2Do I need to pay for a year?
Only if you want to! We are flexible to suit your needs. We bill on the 1st of the month, so give us two week’s notice before you move out and you are good to go! Note that we do not provide refunds, so if you will be moving out in the middle of your cycle, let us know before you pay in advance so that you only pay for what you need that cycle!
3Do you have a unit to suit my needs?
We have tons of unit options including plenty of size options, all units are climate controlled. Give us a call and we will help you secure the storage unit that works best for you. And don’t worry: when you arrive at the storage facility, if your unit isn’t just right we will make sure you’re paired with a unit that fits!
4Will my items be safe?
Yes! Securing your items is our number one priority. Our security features include security cameras and individual FOB access keys.
5I need to reserve a unit. What are the next steps?
All you need to do is give us a call or send us a message and we will get you all set up.
6How do I pay for my unit?
At the moment payments are only available by credit card
7What if I need to get into my unit at odd hours?
We can set your access to accommodate you.
